The BrightBAND Prestained Protein Standards(Marker) with 12 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights from 10 to 245 kDa. Standards are covalently coupled with three different chromophores, producing a brightly colored marker when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer). TheBrightBAND Prestained Protein Standards is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS_PAGE, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membrane (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins. These standards are supplied in gel loading buffer and are ready to use.
